I could not be happier about my experience with Ernest and MAG Development. He treated it as if it were his own home and it turned out beautifully. I have already passed his name along to friends in the area and told them if they went with anyone else, they'd be crazy. Ernest was a huge relief after months and months of pain chasing down someone who never wanted to do the work. I could not be happier or recommend MAG enough.

Ernest exceeded our expectations, completing our renovation on time and within budget. He answered all of our questions, day or night, with a prompt and helpful response. It was a huge relief to know that I could rely on Ernest to consider my best interests as we navigated through the challenges of my first renovation project. MAG development delivered fantastic results on our project which included a new roof, new siding, replacement of front porch, full kitchen renovation including structural beams, cabinets, countertop, backsplash, flooring, sheetrock, painting, new half bath, removal of an interior chimney, and a complete refinish of the first floor.

We are so lucky to have found Ernest and his crew at MAG Development! From the moment we reached out to him, he was responsive, listened to our needs, and guided us through our renovation while staying within our budget. Our kitchen, once dark, drab, and not fully functional, is now bright, open, and airy--easily my favorite room in our house. In addition to a full kitchen renovation, they replaced the living room ceiling, installed recessed lighting (as well as various other lighting fixtures), painted the first floor, and installed new interior doors. Ernest and his team went above and beyond to meet our needs while also keeping the space clean and tidy at the end of each day, since we were living here during the renovation. Any delays we encountered were solely a result of waiting for materials to come in--the crew was here working efficiently and diligently every day that there was work to be done.
I highly recommend MAG Development to anyone looking for solid workmanship and genuine commitment to your project. We will definitely be calling them again when it is time to tackle our bathroom renovation and other remaining projects in the future!

The most incredible team we could’ve asked for. Everyone is so professional and hardworking. We got our masters bathroom redone, transformed a half bath into a full and created a laundry room. Ernest had such wonderful suggestions for everything we wanted to accomplish, and it all turned just perfectly.
